More Than A Schedule

Corporate Compliance

With the government requiring more contractor transparency, Winvale offers a broad range of compliance services that enable clients to recognize and quickly adapt to changes in regulations and avoiding unwanted scrutiny, fines, penalties, and negative press. As part of our Corporate Compliance services, we will create and maintain a program tailored to your company's contracts, operations, and processes that will eliminate potential risks. Our experience includes:

  • Commercial Sales Practices: Ensuring we're providing accurate, current and complete disclosure of commercial sales practices, with all deviations disclosed in detail, including contract language that clearly defines the relationship between your offered pricing and the "basis of award" customer category that GSA will look to for your price-reduction clause. This allows more flexibility in your commercial market and mitigates any discount exposure.
  • Product Supplies: Including User Agreements and Warranty Terms, Testing Requirements (ANSI, BIFMA, TB, MSDS), Letters of Commitments, Country of Origin Determinations, and US Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. §2501).
  • Small Business Subcontracting: Including Individual and Commercial Plans, SBA Goals, Supplier Identification, Good Faith Effort Definition, and eSRS.gov Reporting.
  • Human Resources: Including E-Verify, Affirmative Action, EEO-1, EEOC, VETS-100, Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations, Service Contract Act, and labor category qualifications.
  • Corporate Accounting: Including Direct and Indirect Cost Identification, Approved Costing Practices (modified CAS – 401, 402, 405, and 406), Government and WAWF Invoicing, and Prompt Payment Act.
  • Corporate Compliance: Including FAR and GSAR interpretations, IOA visits, OIG Audits, Code of Business Ethics and Conduct Policies, False Claim Act (31 U.S.C. §3729-3733) and Qui Tam.
