Thermo's Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) are designed to meet the flexibility demands of laboratories today. Thermo's LIMS offerings include; SampleManager, the world's de facto standard Enterprise LIMS, and Watson, the industry standard for bioanalytical labs at top 20 pharmaceutical companies.   

SampleManager LIMS
SampleManager is a proven tool for the efficient testing of samples that routinely pass through a typical lab  whether process testing, quality assurance, or R&D—by sorting test information and organizing it into specific report formats to meet regulatory requirements. The complete testing routine is managed, from sample login to testing, re-testing, and final reporting.

SampleManager offers a highly-configurable instrument integration solution that doesn't require extensive custom coding. Data is automatically and securely captured from instruments, eliminating potential transcription errors and improving the flow and management of laboratory data. A standard interface is used within the lab and around the organization to integrate all the types and brands of instruments, simplifying and streamlining the operation, and offering all the benefi ts of increased automation. 

Nautilus LIMS
Thermo Scientific Nautilus LIMS offers unmatched flexibility and ease-of-use while increasing automation and throughput of sample analysis. By incorporating automated complex plate-handling functionality and patented graphical utilities to facilitate data tracking and management, novice users can map and track processes with ease. Clients can create workflows, map sample lifecycles and automate actions. Manual and error-prone activities are eliminated, while throughput, productivity and accuracy are enhanced.

Watson LIMS
Watson is a highly specialized protocol-driven LIMS specifically designed to support DMPK/Bioanalytical studies in drug development. The system was developed with input from major pharmaceutical companies, and its success is a direct result of its ease of use and the high level of service offered to assist in implementation. Watson is installed in 18 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical organizations, and is widely used in leading biotechnology and contract research organizations worldwide.

Galileo LIMS
Galileo is fully scaleable to multi-site, enterprise-wide use to promote standardization, providing the benefits of rapid deployment, minimal customization and low risk. Darwin LIMS

Atlas Chromatography Data System
The Atlas chromatography data system controls hundreds of instruments from a variety of vendors in compliance with FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11. Atlas was developed in partnership with leading chromatographers to easily configure to any laboratory’s workflow while providing the flexibility to integrate with LIMS and other data management systems for a scalable, compliant solution.
