Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator position is an integral role to the Sales Department in that it not only assists the sales team in building their pipelines but supports their day-to-day activities by helping them move their prospects forward. The Sales Administrator is responsible for ensuring the sales team is optimizing their “selling time” and handling administrative tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead generation activities that include list building, researching new prospects and calling
  • Lead generation campaigns (email, phone and newsletters) that are produced in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Coordinating appointments (conference calls, meetings and travel) for the sales team
  • Supporting the sales team and their communications (distributing marketing/sales materials); handling incoming calls from potential customers
  • Maintaining customer/prospect records within CRM (Salesforce.com) system
  • Organize and maintain electronic sales and marketing files; document version control
  • Drafting of proposals and sales/marketing materials
  • Provide administrative support to other Winvale partners as necessary
  • Assists other departments with sales-related activities

Successful candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Results-driven work ethic with the ability to exercise initiative
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with adherence to deadlines
  • Strong computer (Microsoft Office) and Internet skills
