As a consultant, you will be managing and advising multiple clients in a variety of industries. This position will focus their time providing daily support to senior consultants by preparing government and GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule proposals, compiling price modifications, participating in client meetings and government negotiations, analyzing business processes and metrics, ensuring contract compliance, managing client files, and creating winning offers in accordance with company policies and contract requirements. Senior Consultant – Professional Services

This position will be tasked with implementing our portfolio of ITSM & ITAM technologies to both our commercial and government customers.

This position’s technical requirements include:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • MCSE Certification (Required)
  • Strong technical background with Networking, CCNA (Preferred)

Consultant skills required:

Senior Sales Professional

We have an exciting job opportunity in our Washington D.C. office for a Senior Sales Professional to join our team and market our professional services to commercial companies looking to enter into or expand their federal government market.

The right candidate will have experience selling to C-Level executives utilizing a Solution Selling approach. They will be comfortable developing their own pipeline of prospects, moving each one forward to closure, all the while meeting their monthly sales quota.  This person will help prospective clients understand the intricacies of selling to the federal government, while educating them on Winvale’s experience and suite of services (GSA Schedule Acquisition, Contract Support, Audit/Compliance, Government Business Development, and Technology Reselling). This person will have the ability sell to all size businesses, across all industries, on a national and international-basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling professional services;
  • Prior experience selling into the federal government is highly desirable;
  • Success selling to new accounts and expansion of existing accounts. Track record of consistently hitting quota;
  • Required professional skills include time management, listening and relationship-oriented selling Accountable, confident, and well organized. Desire to work in fast-paced, energetic, and team environment;
  • Strong research and Internet skills. Experience tracking sales processes with a CRM  such as  Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing prospects within multiple industry verticals that are compatible to the government marketplace;
  • Generate sales through prospecting, networking, sales calls, relationship management, and trade show attendance. No cold calls;
  • Prepare and present sales proposals. Travel as needed, estimated at 25-40%;
  • Solid understanding of the Sales Cycle with the ability to move prospects naturally through to closure.

Account Manager

Senior Controller

The Winvale Group is a leading government contracts consultancy and technology reseller headquartered in Washington DC. and currently has an opening for a full time Senior Controller / Controller.

The Controller position is responsible for overseeing cash, managing A/R and A/P, and closing month-end & yearly financials. The candidate will work with office staff on the day-to-day management of all accounting activities within the organization and will have the following associated tasks:

Daily Accounting:

  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards;
  • Enter and update daily bank and credit card transactions;
  • Prepare customer invoices in accordance with contract terms;
  • Maintain master customer file in QuickBooks;
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Perform end-of-month reconciliations and financial statement close;
  • Provide financial statements to Managing Partners and assist with financial projections;
  • Optimize cash flow and monitor debt levels;
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and make process improvement recommendations;
  • Experience with government purchase order and payment processes (WAWF);
  • Manage payroll process and some HR related activities;
  • Maintain internal controls and manage a staff of two individuals.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, five (5) years’ experience in a Senior Accountant capacity, and a firm understanding of government contracting.  Proficiency with accounting software programs (QuickBooks preferred) and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fun office environment. Candidate will be required to complete a background check.
